We maintain 7 days a week service through our on call support line and business hours of 5am to 5pm PST to ensure our customers and carriers have live contact around the clock with our operations team. Using their own user-id and password, our e-trace it online tracking system gives each of our customers direct access to all their shipments at anytime as well.

The operations team at PLSCS, Inc. brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with them. Our employees average over ten years of experience in intermodal transportation.

Our president, Fred Saul has been in the intermodal transportation field for over 27 years. He started in the industry while finishing his degree at UC Berkeley and has been involved in intermodal transportation and logistics management since 1985. He started his career in customer service and operations and progressed into outside sales and account management at several intermodal marketing companies before founding PLSCS, Inc.
